Our Casualty Facultative Reinsurance team has been writing business through reinsurance intermediaries on behalf of Aspen Re since January 2003.

The team has a broad range of experience and knowledge in all areas of the casualty facultative business. We enjoy a leading position in the US market .The US team works closely with London consolidating a broad line of casualty products Aspen offers clients worldwide.

Our clients

Our client base is diverse, ranging from small to very large US insurers with a variety of needs. Our primary objective is to provide a responsive, consistent and professional service as a foundation to mutually beneficial long-term relationships.

Our business

We specialize in four key lines of casualty facultative reinsurance business.  We underwrite umbrella and general liability with US$2.5 million limit.  In addition we underwrite auto liability with US$2 million limit and workers compensation with US$500,000 limit.  Although we concentrate on individual risk we also consider automatics.
